I began my real estate sales journey as a high school senior holding open houses for my father, Omer R. Finney, an investor in rental and re-sales properties, (I did not know what I was doing!). I worked in the office making flyers, putting signs out & staging. In 2003 I became licensed under Prudential Dinning- Beard which eventually merged with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty. I earned my Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 2008. I had the privilege of teaching a “First Time Homebuyer” Education course offered through Sedgwick County Community Housing Services for several years. In addition to a niche with first time buyers, I also work closely with investors in purchasing and selling properties via auction and traditional sales. I've grown in experience, knowledge, and professionalism since I began over 20 years ago. I continue to grow professionally, bringing expertise, knowledge and experience to every client I have the privilege of serving.
